FILTREXX & TORY R. WALKER PRESENT FREE STORMWATER COMPLIANCE WORKSHOP
Filtrexx, Tory R. Walker Engineering, IGP Comply, Cities of Oceanside, San Marcos and Escondido, and area chambers of commerce present the FREE Stormwater Compliance Workshop on November 15, 2016 (8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. PST) at the Oceanside Branch Library (Community Room), 3861 Mission Ave, Oceanside, CA 92058.
Whether it's SWPPPs, site maps, or sampling, we've got all the information you need for IGP compliance at our FREE workshop. It has been over a year since the new California Industrial General storm water Permit (IGP) was introduced. We are seeing some common challenges, particularly with storm water sampling. This is an opportunity for local businesses to bring their concerns, and for us to provide expert guidance for successful compliance.
Specific Topics Covered:
- How to properly enroll and maintain permit coverage
- How to create proper site maps
- How to develop and implement a proper stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP)
- How to sample properly
- How to formally submit sample results
